Michelle Daffron is an excellent real-estate agent. I came to this area knowing very little about the area or the real-estate market. Michelle’s knowledge of the neighborhoods and homes we viewed was phenomenal. She kept me up to date on a daily basis for homes on the market as well as homes we had viewed, whether they had sold or a price reduction, etc. By doing this, Shelly helped me navigate through this complicated learning process. I have worked with many agents over the years and Shelly is by far the best. She was honest about all the properties, the quality of construction, neighborhoods, and price. If I was interested in a property she would immediately provide me with all the documents I may need in making my decision, utility costs, covenants, insurance requirements etc. From the day the negotiations started to the day I moved in, Michelle handled everything and made contact with me daily to keep me in the loop and answer my questions. I have been in my home for several months and Michelle is still checking to see that I have settled and giving me recommendations for services in the area. Shelly Is a great real estate agent with a fantastic and fun personality. I highly recommend Michelle and will use her exclusively in the future.
I HIGHLY recommend Shelly! She represented us as the buyers but also acted as a dual agent. Not everyone can navigate that and we could not have been more impressed with Shelly! She was extremely professional throughout the entire process. My husband and I quickly had every question answered and always felt that Shelly had as much time as needed for us.
