Ground Level: On the ground level you’ll find a gas grill, putting green, sand box area and a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Enter the home into the Game room. There is a pool table, couch, extra refrigerator and TV, DVD player.
Main Level: Beautifully furnished open floor plan the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, icemaker, coffee pot, Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and much more. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and seating for 8 at the dining table. The living room has a TV and DVD player. There is a half bath off the living/kitchen area.
Bedroom 1 is street side with a king bed,single bed, TV, DVD Player and full private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Bedroom 2 is street side with a king bed and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Top Level: Hallway of 4 bedrooms (2 on each side) and the washer/dryer is located at the end of the hall.
Bedroom 3 is street side with a queen bed,single trundle bed (2 singles), TV, DVD Player and a full private bathroom witha tub/shower.
Bedroom 4 is ocean side with a king bed,single trundle bed (2 singles), TV, DVD Player, full private bathroom with a tub/shower, and access to top level ocean front deck.
Bedroom 5 is street side with a queen bed, TV, DVD Player and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Bedroom 6 is ocean side with a king bed, full private bathroom with a tub/shower, and access to top level ocean front deck.
Beach Place rents Saturday-Saturday. Linens (sheets/towels) are included with beds made for weekly reservations, only. This home allows 3 night stays during off season or last minute (only) per approval - linens not included with partial week stays. NO PETS - NO SMOKING!
