The 2nd master bedroom with full bath is located on the 2nd level. The 3rd bedroom and bonus bunk room are also located on the 2nd level and shares a full bath with double sinks. The gameroom and another bonus room are located on the 1st level with access to the pool. The gameroom amenities include a large Flat screen TV, air hockey table, indoor basketball game and an extra refrigerator. Other amenities include bikes for guest use and a golf cart! Golf cart beach parking is located on Conch (1 street over) and Ocean Oaks access (2 streets over). Boardwalk access is also at the foot of Sea Dunes Drive. Enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower & gas grill. Furnished Pool (Open May-October & Covered and Closed November-April) and outside patios with tropical landscaping. Enjoy the hammock in the shade. Easy walk/ride to restaurants, pizza & ice cream shops and stores via Emerald Isle sidewalks. Linens included for weekly rentals. Pet friendly with $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog (2 max). The likes....golf cart made getting to the beach easy. Good size pool and plenty of floats and toys. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was very helpful. The things they could do better....every bed squeaks when you sit down. The pool light did not work and the palm trees make a huge mess so the pool is always dirty. Wasted space/weird layout in the first floor bathroom with 3 closets. Could use another half bath on first floor. The stairs make so much noise, it's impossible for someone to move around early in the morning without waking everyone.
