At the base of the A building, Ginger's Café offers meals and hosts family-oriented activities during the summer. The Sports Complex offers indoor recreation including a game room and snack bar. It also has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness center. Summer Winds is a gated family friendly community with full-time security. 2 parking spaces permitted. First Visit to Emerald Isle

We enjoyed our stay, condo was well outfitted for our family. Loved, loved loved the view from the condo overlooking the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean. Elevators were so appreciated! Love the quietness of the Island and the beach plenty of people but allowed lots of room to spread out on the beach! Will be back!

Awesome Location

Great unit a couple floors above Ginger's. We loved how open the condo felt and the ample seating in the living room--all 6 of us had a spot to sit to watch movies! Everything was stocked and clean. We come to Summerwinds annually and truly enjoy renting from Shorewood the most of any company..
