Large kitchen with high top table for extra seating, farm sink, stainless steel appliances dishwasher, microwave, spacious French door refrigerator, gas range with copper hood and coffee and wine bar. Great room with plenty of comfortable seating, modern sleek fireplace with light effects, Frame-TV and a dining table that seats up to 8. Master bedroom with spa like bath including a free-standing tub and oversized tiled shower, double sinks and access to oceanfront deck. Second master suite with walk in shower. The 2 other bedrooms share a bath with double sinks. Washer and Dryer located in hall closet. This cottage is all on one level- perfect for all members of the family. Easy access to the grand deck with hot tub, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, gas grill and covered and open areas. This furnished deck features an outdoor rope sofa swing, comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor sofa(s) and dining table. Private boardwalk from deck to the beach. 6 TV’s and WIFI. Contentment
Our family LOVED this house. Every summer, my family plus in-laws take a vacation together. We have done this for 13 plus years. This was by far the nicest house we have rented. Everything about it was top of the line. It by far exceeded our expectations.

Love It! We have stayed there 4 or 5 times. Fits our families needs perfectly. Love the big, high kitchen table and lots of room there. We had 4 adult families this time, 3 adult families with small child and dog a couple of times. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and relaxing.
We loved the house, for it's comfort and layout. Very nice, but not fancy, perfect for a beach house. A couple of items were needed, a broom and a few more drinking glasses. Other than that, the house was well appointed.

Fabulous location
This cozy little house sits right on the beach. Great porch with plenty of chairs to view the ocean day and night. The house could use a few upgrades, but overall it met our needs.
