This 4 bedroom (+ 1 bonus room), Q*Q*Q*Q*2B,2D*QSS, 3 bath, ocean front glass-front cottage is elegant modern, but casual style. The kitchen has large butcher block island and is fully stocked with all staple appliances, including a Keurig. There are 3 TVs throughout the property- some are Smart. Washer and Dryer off main level kitchen. Other features include Wi-Fi, Satellite Radio, Cathedral Ceilings, Large covered/open furnished deck overlooking the beach, Gas Grill, and (2) hot/cold, enclosed outdoor showers. Main Level (Top) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bottom Level (Entry) has a bonus room with (2) bunk beds, (2) double beds, and a foosball table. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided with beds made. Pets allowed with $250.00 non-refundable fee (2 max). Rents Saturday to Saturday. No Smoking!

Home Away From Home

This is our 13th year renting this beautiful house for our summer vacation. For each of the past four years we have stayed for 2 weeks and have doubled our pleasure! This house is spacious and full of light and offers a well-equipped kitchen. As it is pet friendly, our whole family can enjoy!

Wonderful Rental

The Metro is a very nice spacious home. Lots of room for my large family. The oversized deck is wonderful for all to enjoy with just a few steps down to the sand and beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The second refrigerator in bonus room was very helpful. Enjoyed by all!

The best vacation house our family has ever rented.
