Great location. Convenient to grocery store, seafood, pizza and more. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again.

We were here for five days staying for our son‘s wedding. It was great close to where our venue was close to all the stores and restaurants and the location was great in regard to where the pool and the beach was. There was plenty of room. It was spacious. It was well stocked. There was games and things for the kids to do. The living room was very spacious. Overall we were pleased for the amount of days that we were there and enjoyed our time we appreciated the security gate and how secure the resort was the security gate. The young man at the gate was very nice and very accommodating as we came through each and every time that he was there. The beach path was nice. The pools were very nice. We had plenty of towels and other linens.

Beds were comfy, view of the water was nice. Easy access to the beach. Only downside was no elevator. Overall great location and nice condo.

Enjoyed our stay. Property well located near pools and beach with ocean views. Property was clean and adequately stocked with the basics. Management was responsive to questions. Property needs some updating but didn't impact our stay. It was perfect for our family.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Pebble Beach, C-204. Our group consisted of one adult, two 17 year olds and and an 11 year old. There was more than enough space for all of us to spread out. We brought our own linens, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The unit was well kept, nicely decorated and clean upon arrival. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was nice for dealing with our beach towels. We had absolutely ZERO issues during our week long stay and the check in and check in/out process was easy. The office to pick up gate cards and parking passes is only 2 miles from the unit, so super convenient and everyone there was very friendly. For me (the adult) the beach was a 5 minute walk, for the kids it was 3 minutes. This unit is close to all of the pools (two minute walk to all of them) and 30 seconds to the tennis courts. This unit is on the second floor, which is 23 steps up. (Not an issue for us. Only mentioning for people who may have issues with stairs). The location of Pebble Beach is PERFECT. We were a 3-5 minute drive to ice cream, pizza, go-carts, souvenir shops, Publix, Food Lion, etc. Only 10 minutes to Swansboro, which has more restaurants, Boba, shopping, etc. We loved our stay and look forward to returning again. Pebble Beach C204 has comfy beds, cool air, and amazing views of the ocean! We always love staying at Pebble Beach and this year was no exception. C204 is close to the pool, beach access, and bike racks. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked and the washer and dryer came in handy. We were initially worried about renting a place with carpet, but it seemed new and did not have noticeable musty smells, allergens, or spots. We were happy to have access to a vacuum to clean up as needed. Some of the decor and furniture is dated and we heard some noise from our upstairs neighbors at night, but we spent most of the time on the beach, at the pool, or on the balcony. A lovely place!

We spent a week at pebble beach c204. The stairs kicked our butt. But everything else was great. The air conditioning was the best of any place I've ever stay
