Welcome to this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit condo on the 3rd floor, offering stunning views of the ocean, inlet, and pool! With convenient elevator access, this condo at The Emerald Isle Pointe is ideal for relaxation – featuring rolling dunes, pristine beaches, and amazing sunsets! 


Living Area 
Inside, enjoy a bright, open layout with updated bathrooms, hardwood-style floors, and cozy carpeted bedrooms. A private storage room with a washer and dryer is also available. 

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen has a coffee bar with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a separate cocktail and wine bar.  

Dining Area: There are plenty of dining options here! Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar, sit down to a meal at the table for six, or dine al fresco on the balcony. 

Living Room: The living room has a Smart TV (Wi-Fi provided) and features a queen sleeper sofa and access to the furnished balcony. 

Master Bedroom: Features a king bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with tub/shower, and access to the furnished balcony. 

Bedroom 2: Features a king bed with an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. (Bathroom accessible from bedroom 2 and hallway. 

Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower.

Rental Details: Typically rents Sunday to Sunday, with flexible options available.  
Linens Provided: All-in-One Linen Package (Fresh Linens, Comforters, Bath & Kitchen Towels, with beds made upon arrival) 
No Pets: Pets are not permitted. 
No Smoking: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed.

Peaceful & Quiet!
Caught the weather just right - very peaceful and quiet. Beach is wide. Really enjoyed ourselves. Would have been nice to know there were two beach access points as we lugged our beach buggy up and down stairs of the boardwalk until someone told us there was another boardwalk with a ramp. Apartment is well kept and like the photographs. Kitchen is well equipped.

Amazing Condo
Great beach condo! The location is great with amazing water views. The condo is spacious and very clean with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want. It has a swimming pool, outside grills, and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo!! I can‘t wait to come back next year!

Such a gem - We keep going back!
This property is on the top floor offering incredible views of the water and sunset from both the living room and large outdoor deck. Each bedroom is spacious with its own bathroom. The entire condo is spotless with cute and comfortable furniture. It is also located right above the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach, giving you lots to do during the day. This was my third time staying here and I want to keep it all to myself but felt had to share!
