Simplicity

We have vacationed at this house for two summers and have already reserved Simplicity for next year. The decor and accommodations are nice and the kitchen is well equipped with most of what families will need. I did miss having a griddle to make pancakes and may bring mine along next year but it wasn't a big deal to not have one. With grandparents, younger parents and children, there was plenty of room and space for everyone. There is no elevator so it could be an issue for those who are unable to manage stairs. A nice upgrade the owners made was placing a swivel rocker in bedroom 4, removing the futon bed and changing the other bed out to a king sized bed. Being able to sit and rock a one year old for bedtime was great! The only concern we had was the top deck was losing some of it's nail heads to rust. We noticed it early in the stay, swept up several bits of broken off metal pieces and cautioned everyone to slip on their flip flops before stepping outside. No injuries occurred and apart from that, renters will not be disappointed with a stay at Simplicity.

House is great! And was perfect for our big family, with an open floor plan and large bedrooms! Love the upstairs kitchen and large living area! We sent many nights enjoying cooking and hanging out with family. Beach access is very easy to access. Almost seems like an oceanfront house with the beautiful scenery. Our only complaint is the parking. The bushes that line the driveway have scratched a few of ours cars when getting in and out. This is our second year in the house and this is our only complaint each year. Very hard to accommodate multiple vehicles. It seems like we played musical cars a lot during our vacation. Other than parking the house is excellent!!

Simplicity comfortably accommodated 8. The view was amazing from the decks and we even viewed the sound from some areas. The beach access was easy. The updates done this year we’re nice. The pool was refreshing. Nice home!

I would recommend renting this house. The view of the ocean was wonderful from thr top deck. It was in close walking distance to the beach. The house had most everything we needed for the week and is tastefully decorated.
