This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home is just 3rd row from the beach, making it a quick and easy walk or ride to the shore! Beach access is right at the end of the street, so you'll be on the sand in no time. Sunflower Cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. 

Main Level 
The open-concept layout invites family and friends to enjoy a relaxing, fun seaside holiday! 

Kitchen: The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all the essentials – including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and Keurig.  

Dining Area: The dining table comfortably seats six, and there is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. 

Living Area: Relax in the bright, airy living area with 2 TVs and DVD players, or step outside to unwind on the furnished decks—both covered and uncovered. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience! 

Bedroom 1: Queen bed featuring a relaxing rocking chair in a cozy nook and a private deck access. 

Bedroom 1 shares a hall bath with a tub/shower. 

Laundry Nook: Off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient laundry nook, complete with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. 

 

Top Level 

Bedroom 2: Queen bed featuring a TV and private deck access. 

Bedroom 3: Two Single beds with private deck access. 

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

Rental Details: Typically rents Saturday to Saturday with flexible stays welcome!

Perfect hideaway

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay at Sunflower, and out first rental experience with you was good.  Sunflower in nice and fresh looking.  It is also fairly well equipped for  a small unit with kitchen and other kinds of equipment.

Home away from home
Sunflower cottage is like home away from home. This is our second year we have stayed at this location. It has lots of natural light and is close to the beach. My daughter was a little upset with the TV service, but there is so much other things to do.

Really Nice Rental!
Very bright and clean house. Close to the beach and short walk to public access. The only ocean view is on the deck off the top bedroom. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Need just a few implements such as tongs and large serving spoons but overall ver

2 bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twins.
