Known for its expansive sandy beaches on the ocean side and gentle shores leading to the sound, “The Point” offers the perfect backdrop for long walks through untouched nature and breathtaking sunsets (check it out on Google Earth). This home is just a stone’s throw away from the beach, with only oceanfront properties being closer.
This spacious house features 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with double bunk beds, comfortably accommodating 8-10 guests. There’s also a pullout sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. Relax on the large covered porch with rockers, where you can enjoy views of the ocean.
Filled with natural light, the home boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, making it easy to access the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bonus room, and bathrooms—all on one level. The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, and an island with seating, along with a dining table that seats 8.
Entertainment is easy with 5 flat-screen ROKU SMART TVs (in the living room, each bedroom, and the bonus room) and cable and Wi-Fi throughout. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer on the main floor and a well-stocked kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator, Keurig, and traditional coffee maker.
Enjoy the outdoors with an enclosed outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival.
