A Reason to Be is 3rd row from the ocean with easy beach access.

Ground Level: Covered carport storage area, gas grill, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, and laundry room.

Level One: Main entrance into the home leads you into the open floor plan of the living room, dining area and kitchen. Updated living room furnishings and with a Smart TV (no cable), and DVD. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and basics.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 1 and 2 share a full bathroom that has a shower/tub, located in the hallway.

Bedroom #3 is ocean side with a queen bed and full private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

 

No Pets!

No Smoking!

Rents Sunday-Sunday.

  Linens (sheets/towels) are NOT included. Guest will need to bring their own or rent linen package.

NICE FOR THE PRICE
FOR THE PRICE THIS HOME IS GREAT. VERY SHORT WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH WHICH IS NICE WITH KIDS! KITCHEN APPLIANCES ARE OLDER SO SOME ISSUES AND THE DECK RAILING WAS BROKEN WHICH WAS A SERIOUS HAZARD TO THE KIDS - BUT SURE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN REPAIRE
