Bottom Level: 

Bonus Room #1: Cozy room with a queen-size bed and a Smart TV (no cable).

Bonus Room #2: A second room with 2 single beds and a SmartTV (no cable).

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

Laundry area for your convenience and an additional Smart TV in the sitting room.  


Main Level: 

Open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area. 

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with essential appliances and cookware.

Flexible Stays: While typical rental days are Sunday to Sunday, flexible stays are welcome.

Apex House
We have stayed at this property many times over the years. Love the new windows & mattresses. Also glad the ceiling fan upstairs was replaced. And as always love the covered deck. The only thing we had a problem with were no window coverings in the bathrooms or bedrooms for privacy. Would love to see updates to the furniture. Still a great property to stay at.

Great house!
I have rented this house 4 or 5 times over the years! Fits our families needs perfectly . Plenty of room , awesome large covered deck and perfect location! Will rent again

Terrific house and location
We have been to Apex House a few times over the years. It is probably our favorite location and we have appreciated the updates over the years. They have had their deck and outdoor shower redone and this year new windows, new stove, and I'm pretty sure a new ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom which was appreciated. Kitchen well stocked and the house always seems better every time we go. The ice cream cake is also a favorite.

Wonderful cottage!
We have stayed in this Cottage several times over the years and can see how much work they have been putting into it! The new windows are great but they do need some kind of window covering since the Sun comes in early early

Great Location & Breathtaking Views
The house is a little outdated and the basement rooms were a little dark, (I called it a rustic beach house). But it was clean and comfortable and the view and the location were the best we've ever had and that's what made it a wonderful place to stay. T

Ugly house with great personality
