This is one of the few soundfront properties in Emerald Isle situated on deep water. Bring your boat and enjoy all the water activities the Crystal Coast has to offer. A large day dock is available for guest use (no boat lift).

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, copper farmhouse sink, 2 dishwashers, 6-burner gas stove, double oven, microwave, beverage refrigerator, and refrigerator. Large island and breakfast bar seating for 6.

Dining: Dining table seats 10 with leaf; breakfast bar seats 6.

ENTRY / MIDDLE / BEDROOM LEVEL:
Large laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, and counters. 1 king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, 1 queen bonus room and three full bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 and the bedroom 2 have access to the hall full bathroom, which features a walk-in tiled shower and double sinks.

Bedrooms 3 and the bonus room are Jack-and-Jill rooms sharing a full bathroom with shower and double sinks.

The bonus room includes a queen bed.

Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom) - A few steps up from the other bedrooms leads to the spacious king primary suite, featuring a private porch overlooking the water, a grand copper soaking tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, and double sinks.

OUTDOORS:
Outdoor hot/cold shower and large waterfront day dock. Owners' boat and jet ski, which are stored on lifts, are not available for guest use.

LOCATION:
Situated at The Point on the western end of Emerald Isle, you'll love the cooling summer breezes and unforgettable sunsets. The area is also popular with anglers. Despite the peaceful setting and minimal traffic, you're just minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants, and of course—ice cream!

BOATING:
The NC Wildlife Public Boat Ramp at Scotch Bonnet Drive (6800 Emerald Drive) provides access for boats and jet skis.

IMPORTANT: The entire ground level, including the garage and owner's storage areas, is off-limits and not accessible to guests.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOME'S LAYOUT: This is a three-level home with stairs connecting the different levels throughout the house. The ground level is not accessible to guests and includes the garage and owner's storage areas. Guests enter through the front entry door on the middle level, where all bedrooms and bonus rooms are located. The top level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and office. There are also a few additional steps between the middle and top levels, including access to the primary suite.
