Enjoy stunning ocean views from this top-floor, oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (K*2S). This condo comes with Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, and a washer/dryer for added convenience. 

Bedroom 1: A plush king mattress ensures restful nights in the master suite, which also features a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. 

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, with access to the full bathroom with stand-up shower in the hallway. 

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar. 

Living Space: Enjoy an open living area, with a high-top table for dining and plenty of seating. Lounge on the sofa next to the flat-screen TV, or venture out onto the oceanfront deck – furnished with comfortable chairs and polywood bar-height seating. Follow the stairs from the deck straight to the beach (4 beach chairs are provided for your use)!

The Pier Pointe Complex offers great amenities, including:

Please note: Only two (2) parking passes are provided per reservation. Additional passes are not available.

Rental Details: Typical turn day is Sunday to Sunday. Flexible stays are allowed.  
Linens Included: Linens Provided: All-in-One Linen Package (Fresh Linens, Comforters, Bath & Kitchen Towels, with beds made upon arrival)  
No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the premises. 
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed.

The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The place looked like the pictures on Vrbo. It had a coastal feeling with easy access to the beach. Our family had an amazing time.

Nice spacious property, just a few steps from the beach. We had the ocean view on the top level, which was picture perfect, just be ready to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Would come again.

Great property. Pictures depict the property very well. Few steps from the ocean on a quiet beach. Emerald island has most of the amenities as good restaurants, Publix supermarket,… Property was well maintained. Support from rental agency responded quickly when we called. Strong recommend if you are looking for a calm and relaxing vacation close to the sea.

Exceeded our expectations!
Our stay at Pier Pointe in Emerald Isle exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and so *thoughtfully* stocked - everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Clean, bright, gorgeous property. And I mean, the view didn’t hurt either. Pool was great to have for when the surf was too choppy for our son. Would absolutely return!

Great Place
This condo has fantastic views and is very comfortable. Well equipped with most everything you would need. Living areas have been updated since online pictures. Would definitely rent again.

Nice Place
Nice condo with great views. It had everything we needed for a relaxed week at the beach. Third floor unit allowed us to eat more. ;)

Great place
This place was perfect! Great view from the third floor and easy access down to the beach. Had all the amenities we needed and was very comfy, peaceful, & spacious for the 2 of us. I would stay here again!!

Pier Pointe 1B3 - a pretty good property
This was our first time staying at Pier Pointe and unit 1B3 was a comfortable place to spend the week. The kitchen, living room and deck area are all upgraded and well furnished. (please put a keurig in the kitchen and ditch the old filtered coffee mak
