Despite the peaceful vibe and minimal traffic, you're only minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants, and of course—ice cream! 

Pack light—this home is well-stocked for your comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find a playful and fun décor with an open-concept layout perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Enjoy comfortable beds, with ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms. We even roll the trash bins out ot the street for you! 

Main Level 
Kitchen: Beautifully appointed kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. You’ll find an assortment of convenient small appliances like a Keurig, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and a countertop ice maker. Fashion your beverage of choice at the adult bar area (shaken, not stirred). 

Dining Area: Dining table for 8 plus 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island or dine al fresco at the high-top table on the oceanfront deck. 

Living Area: Spacious great room with seating for 7–9 and a Smart TV. Step outside the glass door for even more living space on the oceanfront deck. 

Laundry Nook: Easily accessible laundry area off the kitchen, complete with washer, dryer and iron board. 

Bedroom 1: Street side King bed with nearby full hall bath (shower) 

Top Level 
Bedroom 2: Oceanfront King bed with private bath (shower, double sinks) and access to furnished oceanfront deck

Main Oceanfront Deck: Soak in the sun and salt air from your private oceanfront deck, including two cushioned chaise loungers (with optional umbrella), cushioned rocker, L-shaped sofa (with optional umbrella), dining table for 8 (with umbrella), and outdoor standing tic-tac-toe. 

Upper Oceanfront Deck: Accessible from two bedrooms, this todeck includes two rockers and two barstools with a table. 

Shaded Lower Patio: After a day on the beach, the fun doesn’t have to stop! The lower patio features four Adirondack chairs, a bench, an oscillating fan, an outdoor TV, a projector with screen for movie nights, and a pirate-themed play area. Enjoy outdoor fun while preparing dinner on the grill! (Furnished with both gas and charcoal grills) 

Outdoor Showers: Two outdoor showers (one private) with hot/cold water and pet sprayers.

Local Activities 
This family-friendly, flat neighborhood has very little traffic—perfect for walking, biking, or stroller strolls. There’s even a bike rack at the duplex and bike rentals nearby. 

Bike Path: Use the bike path that parallels to Coast Guard Rd. to reach Publix, Food Lion, coffee shops, bagels, ACE Hardware, restaurants, and fun bars. Don’t forget to visit the local spot where you can feed turtles—bring breadcrumbs! 

Swansboro: Nearby Swansboro offers waterfront restaurants, shopping, spirited bars, and kayaking. Family fun like mini golf, bowling, batting cages, and a water slide are close by.  

Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores: On rainy days, the aquarium is a great option.  

Shackleford Island: For a day trip, Shackleford Island—with its wild horses and incredible shelling—awaits. Rent a boat or hire a captain to explore the waterways or go fishing.

Rental Details: Typically rents Sunday to Sunday. Flexible stays may be allowed. 
Dog Friendly: Bring your pup! $250 nonrefundable fee per dog with a 2 dog maximum. 
Linens Provided: All-in-One Linen Package (Fresh Linens, Comforters, Bath & Kitchen Towels, with beds made upon arrival). 
No Smoking: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed.
