Outside, take in the peaceful beauty of Emerald Isle’s waves and dunes—you may feel like you’re at the Cape. Enjoy nature up close with frequent deer and bunny sightings.

Located near The Point, the end of the island, you'll love the cooling summer breezes and the unforgettable sunsets from the beach—just a short walk away. The area is loved by anglers, too.

Despite the peaceful vibe and minimal traffic, you're only minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants, and of course—ice cream!

The home features:
-Spacious great room with seating for 7–9 and a Smart TV
-Dining table for 8 plus 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island
-Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and an adult bar area (shaken, not stirred)
-Washer, dryer, ironing board, dishwasher, refrigerator, and countertop ice maker
-Comfortable beds with ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms
-Renovated after Hurricane Florence in 2019
-We even roll the trash bins to the street for you!

Sleeping arrangements:
-Bedroom 1 (Main level, street side): King bed with nearby full hall bath (shower)
-Bedroom 2 (Top floor, oceanfront): King bed with private bath (shower, double sinks), access to oceanfront deck
-Bedroom 3 (Top floor, oceanfront): Queen bed with deck access
-Bedroom 4 (Top floor, street side): Double/Twin Bunk Bed (with stairs, not a ladder) and blackout curtains
--Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full hall bath (tub/shower)

Extras for little ones:
Pack 'n Play, high chair, booster seat, blow-up tub seat, bath toys, baby/toddler plates, utensils, sippy cups, stroller with cover, books, toys, and a boat full of balls.

Indoor fun:
Games and puzzles for all ages, cards, steel drum, drawing paper, books, and high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal for business calls, and access to YouTube TV for cable streaming.

Outdoor amenities:
-Two outdoor showers (one private) with hot/cold water and pet sprayers
-Wagon for hauling beach items
-Beach chairs with pillows and straps, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, rolling cooler
-Ping pong table, mini golf green, volleyball, badminton, giant block game, shuffleboard pad, sand toys, football

-Two cushioned chaise loungers (with optional umbrella), cushioned rocker, L-shaped sofa (with optional umbrella), dining table for 8 (with umbrella), and outdoor standing tic-tac-toe

Upper oceanfront deck (accessed from two bedrooms):
-Two rockers and two barstools with a table

This family-friendly, flat neighborhood has very little traffic—perfect for walking, biking, or stroller strolls. There’s even a bike rack at the duplex and bike rentals nearby.

Rent a bike use the bike path that parallels to Coast Guard Rd. to reach Publix, Food Lion, coffee shops, bagels, ACE Hardware, restaurants, and fun bars. Don’t forget to visit the local spot where you can feed turtles—bring breadcrumbs!

Nearby Swansboro offers waterfront restaurants, shopping, spirited bars, and kayaking. Family fun like mini golf, bowling, batting cages, and a water slide are close by. On rainy days, the aquarium is a great option. And for a day trip, Shackleford Island—with its wild horses and incredible shelling—awaits. Rent a boat or hire a captain to explore the waterways or go fishing.

Typically rents Sunday-Sunday, though flexible stays may be allowed.
