Living Space 
Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen -- including a dishwasher, microwave, stove and washer/dryer -- features a pass-through breakfast bar to create an open, inviting atmosphere.  

Dining Area: The dining room table seats six, and there are two more seats available at the breakfast bar. You can also dine al fresco on the balcony! 

Living Area: There’s plenty of seating with a wraparound sectional sofa, an armchair and a round swivel chair. Have a game night, or enjoy a movie together on the large flat-screen TV.  

Balcony: Accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom, step outside to enjoy your private balcony with stunning oceanfront views! A high-top table provides seating for four. 

Bedrooms 
Master Bedroom: Featuring a Queen bed, this master bedroom features an attached full bath, private access to the balcony, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan. 

Bedroom 2: Features a Double bed and a Bunk bed (Twin Over Twin) with a flat-screen TV. 
There is a second full bath in the hallway.

Rental Details: Typical turn day Saturday to Saturday. Flexible stays allowed. 
Linens Provided: All-in-One Linen Package (Fresh Linens, Comforters, Bath & Kitchen Towels, with beds made upon arrival). 
No Pets: Pets are not permitted on premises. 
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed. 
Please note: Only two (2) parking passes are provided per reservation. Additional cards or passes are not available.
