Turner’s Corner is located directly across the street from the boardwalk, a short walk to the big, beautiful beach “The Point” neighborhood is famous for! “The Point” is known for big wide beaches on the ocean side and gentle sandy beaches extending back to the sound. This allows for long walks in areas of uninterrupted nature with glorious sunsets (check it out on Google Earth). Only oceanfront is closer to the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms with an additional bonus room with double bunk beds and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. There is an additional pullout sofa in the living room. A big, covered porch with rockers allows for relaxation with a view of the ocean. This sunlight filled house has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. One level for easy access to kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bonus room, and bathrooms. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, and an island with seating. In addition, there is a dining table for 8. House includes 5 flat screen ROKU SMART TVs (living room, each bedroom, bonus room) with cable and Wi-Fi throughout. Washer and dryer on the main floor. Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator, Keurig, and auto drip coffee maker. Enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grill. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided with beds made. No Pets/No Smoking. Rents Sunday to Sunday.

Relaxing time!

Strengths: -The beach! Directly across from beach access, it was a 3 minute walk to the beach which meant the kids could run back and forth from the house if they needed anything. - Front porch rockers were the family favorite. There is not an ocean view but you can hear the ocean and feel the breeze. We spent more time on the porch than in the house. - Though we didn’t use them, there are Roku tv’s in each bedroom and one in the living room. - Close to the beach and close to everything else in Emerald Isle. It was really a great location. -Bed linens and towels were provided (each enclosed in plastic wrapping). You made your own bed but at least you knew they were clean. -Keyless entry made it a breeze to check-in and check-out. -Email communication from property management group was thorough so no need to reach out for anything. -Microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, and traditional coffee pot were available for use. Growth Opportunities: - Time to update a few items in the home. The couch’s are light colored and show wear easily, it’s definitely time for a deep clean. The living area rug is unraveling and is a bit of a trip hazard. The bathmats are also showing excessive wear and need to be replaced. Consider changing shower curtain hooks to plastic? The metal hooks and rod are rusted so my kids had difficulty with closing/opening the shower curtain. - Not a big deal but couldn’t find an iron. Overall, it was a relaxing time!

GREAT LOCATION

WE FOUND THIS HOME TO BE VERY CLEAN AND BEACH ACCESS WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD. YOU CAN TELL THE OWNERS LOVE THIS PROPERTY. 5 STARS!

Love the layout and proximty to the beach

Great layout, beach access right across the street! Owner needs to put the Roku TVs in guest mode so you can use your own Roku account while there.
